The Process –

1. First On-Site Consultation: We meet you at your property to discuss your needs, budget, timeline, and any special site requirements.  During this session you will have time to review samples of work as we present designs and provide recommendations to suit your individual requirements.
2. Design & Quote: Our Team of Professionals review the ‘On-Site Consultation and Site Notes’, preparing a detailed Landscape Design Plan and Quote for you to review.  This will include the proposed landscape works and product selection, outlining the site requirements and landscape preparation.  This quote will be a fixed price quote and valid as per timeline.
3. Acceptance of Design & Quote: Once you have reviewed the Design and Quote, you have the option to contact us to request alterations or additions.  We then arrange a phone or in-person meeting to address these changes, providing the Final Design and Quote for you to review.
4. Final Acceptance of Design & Quote: Once you are completely happy with the Design and Quote, you will sign-off the ‘Request to Proceed’ document within the timeframe, and we will get started!  You will be provided with a tentative Commencement Date, and you have access to view our product and colour selections.  At this point we will provide you with a document outlining ‘What to Expect’ each step of the way.  You’re now on your way to creating something beautiful which will magically transform your home!
